Dune-bashing packages visit Lahbab Red Dunes. The Total Support camp experience is in Al Awir Second. Gentle packages skip dune bashing; check your selected package for its route.
What is the difference between a tent and a dome?＋
Tent overnight stays start at AED 399/person. Premium dome stays are AED 549/person and include an air-conditioned dome with a king-size bed and attached washroom.
Can I come without dune bashing?＋
Yes. Gentle Desert Safari is available only as a private car for 2–6 people at AED 749 per car, with a camp experience and no dune bashing. A shared option is not currently available.
When will I be picked up?＋
Evening pickup is 2:30–3:00 PM. Morning pickup is 7 AM in summer and 8 AM in winter. Confirm your exact collection time and return time with our team.
Are quad bikes and extras included?＋
Quad riding is included in quad-combination packages. Other extras depend on your selection. Do not add an extra already included in your package.
How do peak-date prices work?＋
This page shows the supplied peak rates. Select your date in the booking system to confirm the applicable rate and final payable total. The dome uses its supplied AED 549/person rate; confirm your selected date.
What is the cancellation policy?＋
Review the cancellation and refund policy before booking. Confirm the terms applying to your selected package and date with our team.
Does self-drive mean I drive on the dunes?＋
No. Self-drive packages mean you use your own vehicle to reach the camp meeting point. Confirm any desert activity separately; do not assume your own car is used for dune bashing.
Is the private-car price for the whole group?＋
Yes. Private morning and VIP private rates are per car for 1–7 guests. Confirm suitable seating for your group, including any child-seat requirements.
Can I add AC seating to a morning safari?＋
The AC seating upgrade is listed for evening and self-drive packages only. It is not listed as a morning safari extra.
Are professional photos priced per guest?＋
Professional photos are AED 20 per photo, including print and digital. They are different from the AED 20/person falcon photography experience.
How is table sheesha charged?＋
Table sheesha is AED 50 per table, with one for three guests. Tell the team your group size so the correct quantity can be confirmed.
Can we book an overnight stay as a family?＋
Ask the team to confirm tent or dome occupancy and the arrangement for your family before booking. The advertised overnight rates are per person.
Will our private car mean a private camp?＋
No. Private refers to your vehicle unless a separate private camp arrangement has been expressly confirmed. Seating and dining follow the selected package.
Can I request vegetarian or other dietary options?＋
Vegetarian options are available with the camp dinner. Share specific dietary requirements in advance and ask the team to confirm availability for your package.
Where should self-drive guests meet?＋
Request the exact camp meeting point and arrival time for your selected booking. The camp experience is in Al Awir Second; the activity location may be different.
Can I book for a large group?＋
Yes. Share your guest count, date, pickup points and preferred package through the group enquiry. The team will confirm transport and camp arrangements.
